Romina Carparelli

She holds a degree in Winemaking and graduated with honors (best average score) in 2005 from Facultad de Enología y Agroindustria, Universidad Juan Agustín Maza (School of Winemaking and Agroindustry, Juan Agustín Maza University). In 2005, she worked as an Analyst in Bodega Masi Tupungato (Valle de Uco, Mendoza) and the following year she was granted a university scholarship to study the process of wine-making in Spain. During her days in the Old Continent, she worked as Winemaker’s Assistant in Bodega y Viñedos Illana (Ribera del Júcar, La Mancha). Upon her return to the country, she became Bodega Margot’s Winemaker, where she currently leads the process of the wine and sparkling wine production, in addition to running the Commercial department. This young promise of the winemaking industry works in conjunction with a deluxe team of consultants integrated by Agricultural Engineer Marcelo Casazza, Lic. Miguel Navarro and world-renowned Paul Hobbs in the production of high-end wines, from their almost 30 ha of vineyards located in Tupungato at 1,050 m.a.s.l. Day after day, these wines enter into new markets and gain prestige thanks to the successive scores and medals obtained. Since 2005, the wines produced by Bodega Margot are successfully exported to the United States, Mexico, China, and Japan. In addition, in 2012 it started the marketing process in Argentina with excellent results.
